GDPR Consent for CV Processing

This document explains how SC Romstiv Grup SRL collects, uses and protects the CV and personal data submitted through the job application form on the Careers page.

Data collected
We collect your name, email address, phone number, the position you applied for, an optional cover message, and the CV you attach (which may contain details about your work experience, education and other information you choose to include).
Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to evaluate your application for the position you applied for or, in the case of a spontaneous application, for compatible positions that may become available.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent, given by checking the consent box when submitting your application, under Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Retention period
Your CV and associated data are kept for a maximum of 1 year from the application date, after which they are deleted. If you are hired as a result of the recruitment process, your data will subsequently be managed under the regulations applicable to the employment relationship.
Recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties, except Resend (a service used exclusively to deliver your application by email to our recruitment team).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal — you can contact us at office@romstiv.ro.
Withdrawing consent
You can request the deletion of your CV and application data at any time by emailing office@romstiv.ro.
